Jeremy Balfour (Mark Woods Browning) is a product of Berkeley, California. He was raised in a liberal society which still has a continuity. For thirty-two years Mark worked in private practice as a counselor and "life coach," utilizing Humanistic, Transpersonal, and Jungian psychology. He is a long-term student of Eastern and Western mysticism. Some of his other interests include not only science-fiction and rhyming verse, but sociology, political science, satire, and comic books. He has a dearly beloved adult son.
