Cheez Mix, Vegan, Instant

Instant Cheez Mix is amazingly tasty and quick to prepare. Our Cheez makes the best vegan Mac'n'Cheez you can imagine...but don't stop there, use it for Nachos and other Mexican dishes, layer in Lasagna, drizzle over veggies, etc.

Instructions: In a small saucepan, combine 2 cups water with 1 1/4 cup Cheez Mix.  Heat slowly while stirring until sauce is thickened.  May add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil if desired.  Makes 2-4 servings.

If a smoother cheez is desired, place the Cheez and water mix in a blender and blend for 1 minute, then cook.
