Dr. M. Beth Borst is Founding Dean of the Ivy Tech Community College Honors College, where she is also a professor specializing in Leadership.

Brenda Geib-Swanson a full-time instructor at Butler University within the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department. She is pursuing an Ed.D. in Higher Education with a cognate in Community College Leadership at Ball State University.

Suahil Housholder is the Vice President for Finance at Anderson University, Indiana. She is pursuing an Ed.D. in Higher Education with a cognate in Community College Leadership at Ball State University.

Dr. Amanda O. Latz is an Associate Professor of Higher Education and Community College Leadership at Ball State University.

Sam Lopez is the Associate Director of Student Involvement and Leadership at Duke University in Durham, NC. She is pursuing an Ed.D. in Higher Education with a cognate in Community College Leadership at Ball State University.

Sonina Hernández Mikkelsen is a talent acquisition specialist for Disney Programs. She has a decade worth of student affairs experience including work as a dual enrollment advisor, pre-health academic advisor, career services, and international recruitment with institutions such as Purdue University, Utah State University, and Lake-Sumter State College.
