Author Biography

Carlo Goldoni (1707-1793) was a leading eighteenth-century Venetian playwright. Gianluca Rizzo is the Paul D. and Marilyn Paganucci Associate Professor of Italian Language and Literature at Colby College.
Michael Hackett is a professor in the Theatre Department at the University of California, Los Angeles. Brittany Asaro is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Languages, Cultures and Literatures at the University of San Diego.
