Cooking Instructions:
Add contents to a 4-quart pot with 6 cups water and 2 Tbsp. olive oil (optional). Bring to a boil and then turn down the heat to a slow simmer for 45 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lentils and veggies are soft.
