LaTrina eventually gives her life to Christ, and as she grows in her relationship with God, she does all in her power to convince Antonyo to do the same thing. Janice Jones was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, but now resides in Phoenix, Arizona. The mother of two sons and grandmother to one grandson, she has a two-book deal with Urban Books, as well as co-publishing a non-fiction Christian memoir titled Still Standing. She is currently a member of First Institutional Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Warren Stewart, Sr. She is also a member of the Women's Ministry, and a faithful volunteer at Ms. Jessie's Place, the church's bookstore. Janice is proud to announce that she will soon begin training to receive her minister's license.
