Author Biography

Avara Yaron is an entrepreneur and an artist. A periodic shapeshifter, she has earned a film degree, a spiritual counseling license, and has explored life as a painter, filmmaker, jewelry and handbag designer, counselor, group facilitator, retreat leader, chef, and nutritional educator. As an American expat living in Bali, she dreamed up two cafes serving plant-based cuisine. In the midst of all that food preparation, writing took over Avara's life and she gave birth to the Girl Submerged trilogy of novels.
