Rose's family was from Strasburg, Germany. Her maiden name was Dailey. The family homesteaded so many acres in rural Kanas. Her early life was spent doing farm chores, which were hard work.

Follow Crystal Lee as she devoted herself as a mother to her two sons. A stay-at-home mother reminiscent of post-WWII, she was lucky to have the time and resources to raise them into productive, working men who contribute to society.
