He was the director of education and information services for the Rockingham County Sheriff's Office and their webmaster.
DONALD R. FOXVOG (1922-2009) served as a Congressional speechwriter and performed freelance writing jobs for government agencies. He worked for United Press, the Congressional Quarterly, and several newspapers.
