Jude Jennison is a thought leader, international speaker, author and Horse Assisted Educator, specializing in leading through uncertainty. A business owner since 2012, Jude previously worked for IBM for 16 years, where she managed a budget of $1billion and led UK, European and global teams. Jude works with CEOs, executives, senior leaders and entrepreneurs to develop embodied leadership skills that create tangible business results. She partners with horses to create profound learning that results in sustainable behavioural change. Jude works with the unconscious bias, highlighting default patterns of behaviour, enabling individuals and teams to identify their core strengths as well as exploring how they derail their leadership and career.
