LaToya lives in Joliet, Illinois where she attends Second Baptist Church. She is the mother of two children Shawn and Shawnna Matthews, and the grandmother of two grandson's Scooby and Peanut. She obtained her graduate degree from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, AZ, and her undergraduate degree from Robert Morris College, Chicago, IL. This is LaToya's fourth self-published book and she is hard at work on many more. Witnessing about God's eternal grace, love, and mercy through writing is LaToya's goal.
