He specialises in geopolitics and strategic security issues. Bal Krishan Sharma, is the Deputy Director Research and Head of Center for Strategic Studies and Simulation at USI of India, New Delhi. He specialises in Strategic Net Assessments, Scenario Building and Gaming. Dr Roshan Khanijo is a Senior Research Fellow and Research Co-coordinator at the Centre for Strategic Studies and Simulation, USI of India, New Delhi. She specialises in Nuclear issues.
