by Patricia Garfield Ph. D. (Author)

People have long been fascinated by the meaning of dreams. In fact, young people around the world have similar dreams. World-renowned dream expert Patricia Garfield has gathered together the common types of dreams - dreams of being chased, of unfinished homework, of falling, and even of being undressed in the most awkward places - and helps young people analyze their dream lives. She gives excellent suggestions to help young readers remember, understand, and even have control over their dreams, so that they become a source of insight. The Dream Book earned a 2002 Outstanding Achievement Award from the Parent's Guide to Children's Media.
