Follow the intricate case of female detective, Quinn Isaacs, Lead Detective, in the small mountain town in East Tennessee when she deals with one of the worst nightmares a police officer can face-an officer involved shooting. Personal motivations on the part of someone trying to elude a police officer can lead to weapons fire, death, and disruption of multiple lives.
