She currently owns and operates Nutrition Focus (nutrifocus.net), a consulting company specializing in weight management, menu development and recipe analysis.

Chef Stephanie Green, RD, is a Registered Dietitian, chef and professional speaker. She's the owner of Nutrition Studio (nutritionstudio.com), a consulting firm specializing in nutrition, culinary education, food demonstrations, recipe development, food styling and photography. She teaches hands-on food demo workshops to community educators and has appeared nationally on TV and radio.
