Florida's economy was left in shambles after the attacks. Overnight Orlando's tourism industry ground to a halt forcing Vinny's human to relocate the family. They went out west to Arizona to find better employment opportunities.
When they arrived in Arizona, Vinny was still just a pup not yet one year old. However, he was old enough to have been surprised by what he had seen. Phoenix was very different from what he remembered back home in Florida. Orlando was lush with green trees, vegetation and lakes were everywhere.
