Currently pursuing a PhD in Management specializing in Leadership and Organizational Change, Luis Luarca brings years of relevant organizational leadership, finance, accounting and marketing experience with a proven track record of management with all types and sizes of businesses. Luis Luarca is the President and Principle Consultant for his company, Allectus LLC where he is responsible for managing consulting projects for small, mid-cap and large U.S corporations. Allectus LLC supports business in the areas of Accounting Operations, Financial Analysis, Organizational Management and Process Engineering. Luis Luarca also functions as Executive Vice-President for a metal enclosure company in Houston Texas. It is within this organization that Luis Luarca enhances his knowledge and understanding of management, leadership and process engineering. Luis Luarca has a dual concentrated MBA degree in marketing and finance and a BS degree in business administration.
