The City of Reno is enjoying their once a year classic car event called KOOL KLASSIC NIGHTS. Reno City Officials are unaware that there is a group of terrorists who have been looking forward KOOL KLASSIC NIGHTS. They have a plan that not only robs the City of Reno of millions for dollars, but puts every citizen at risk. Sergeant Rob Stevens is a member of the Reno Police Department, assigned to the major cases squad. His wife, Caryn, is a dispatcher for the City of Reno Police Department. The Chief of Police Williams, pages Sgt. Stevens to assign him the biggest case of his career. What Rob will find out very shortly is that Caryn, and her fellow dispatchers, were assaulted while working in the dispatch center. Rob is told that the crime scene cannot be accessed because it is considered a hazardous material spill. Rob now finds himself not only trying to find the terrorists, but his concern for his wife has to take second place. Work this case with Sgt.
